Counter Helix, please?

Does anyone have a ready or an easy way to make a counter AoE ability, like on dota? Also, I would like to have a trigger for it, and another one for the opposite (heal area, including yourself, when hit). Help, please?
It's for a custom hero AoS, so it would be better if it had a special effect not an unit animation.

First of all, sorry. Yea, I know not everyone plays dota...

Description: When you're hit, you have X% chance to deal Y damage in Z AoE. 6 Levels.

What does Counter Helix do?

Basicly it's a passive ability that procs when you get attacked. It got a 15% to proc, can only happend once per 0.6 second and plays a really short Bladestorm animation from the hero when it procs, and the damage is in an AoE. I believe all affected also gets blood effect on themselves.

(The Hero who has it is Hellscream, therefor the animation possibility)

i think we have it in resources forum. i have one at home but its not already working when i changed to 1.23 patch. axe is there with counter helix and culling blade skills, and vengeful with nether swap, and some other custom spells. also try hiveworkshop.com ayt.
