Edit Function?

Just curiose, why is thier about 3 steps to edit post?

Most of the steps seem useless.

The three steps, as I see them:

1. Click on the edit button
2. Change your post
3. Submit the changes

Which one of these is useless?

I though he meant: (a sec, I have to edit this post to see)

1. Click "Edit" and edit the message
2. Click "Edit", click "Advanced Something" and edit the message there
3. No idea

All editing methods are used for different purposes. Some people may prefer using a more advance editing method, so they edit their posts with font/size/bold/color/etc code. But there are other people who just notice a little mistake in their post (like accidentally writing thier instead of there), so they use the quick editing method. I do not know what the third method is though.

Hmm, I feel silly.

It will not go to the extra steps on windows Vista,

which is the only OS I have ATM.

I post screens when I get back to my XP box.

I know I'm not crazy.

I'm on xp, all you do is click edit.

Try changing the settings in your User CP.

How do I link or post pictures?

Use IMG tags (the mountain icon with a yellow background). Just paste your picture's URL between [noparse]
