Farm Keeper 1.0.1000 *NEW

here around no normal farmer maps...
so i made one! lol

and this is my most advanced project after Battle Ships Expression & Diablo II series

Objectives

To win you need to destroy farmer's house (2000 HP).

Gameplay

Farmer have only 10dmg - so its pretty hard!
but dont panic,you can go and buy some cool pets

yes,thats is the gameplay!!

1. Build farms or seed plants
2. Sell it in center and make money
3. Build additional structures READ F9
4. Finally buy a pet and kill all the noobs

Features

This map is fully interactive.You can destroy *ALL*!!!!!!!!
Rocks,trees,plants... and you can use *ALL* what you find to construct something,or to mix items...

This map is from *goblin ashenvale squad* source.But 25% of building recipes was cutted and about 50% of the item recipes.

In this map i using my *terrain-resource generator*.
And i think its very nice!
I dont use the terrain deformation becouse of *Gate* unit - it will be totally buggy... impossible to fix,so i turned the deformation off!

Very hard to explain all the map,just try it...

but if you have better ideas about balance and etc - let me know!

its impossible,gate uses "crow form" ability...
first unit is not passable
second is passable

both are structures - and WC3 will drop you on desktop if you go from NON-STRUCTURE to structure unit... (or something like that)

so only way is - first unit must be a structure with the building texture...

show me the working example if you think i am wrong,thx
(becouse i spend ONE DAY trying to find a way without building texture - no result)

of course i can replace the gate by triggers... but it will create new problems... (dont remember what exactly)

If the gate is a unit, then you can always remove the ground texture from the unit (See screenshot in spoiler).

But, there's a lot of spaces.. You obiviously needs to use some spaces.. such as hills.. increase the grounds and something that would make the game more fun and enjoyable.

since i cant use deformation (in ALFA1 it looked better with deformation) becouse of *Gate* - i can add cliffs,but cliffs will not be random... so is it ok? (all objects on the map is random now)

also about balance i dont think what it is good enough :nuts:
hard to calculate even with MS Excel :nuts::nuts::nuts: lol

but if one pig give you fat+meat(corpse) its 10+25gold
i calculated it in that way... so all is pretty balanced with plants

but! its pretty hard for fermer to cook all meat...
so i still dont know balanced it or not lol!:banghead:
also those guy who seed plants - may go to forest and hunt down a rabbit - its meat too... +25gold?!

its all explode my brain!

finally i think meat must cost 0gold - and all will be easier then...

anyway maybe something grow too fast?
maybe something too slow?

you can write your own balance (Farms - Plants) and if you succeed, its will be faster for me to release ALFA3
becouse my brain is exploded already

In my map Werewolf Transylvania i have a crop growing system that not only animates the plants growth it also allows the growth time to be affected by the weather.

If your interested i'd be willing to help you apply this to your map to make it more aesthetically pleasing.

I think that you should add a spell or an ability, which makes the farmer able to kill his own farm animals and collect their hides and bodies etc. faster. (Maybe an AoE kinda thing)
