Ideas for animal heros

I have the equivalent of writers block currently, I was wondering if I could receive help from anyone who reads this.

My map uses animals as heroes instead of humanoid characters, but that poses a challenge. (because I cant think.) If you have ideas for an animal hero that would be awesome!

No and no. It can be any animal look alike, from mythical to realistic and it doesn't need to be winter themed.

Rabbit-Toad-Owl-Reindeer

Comment: It looks like a rabbit but has legs of a toad, wings in it's back and a red nose

Comment: It carries lots of stuff, can use few battle methods.

1. Hardened Skin - Reduces damage taken and increases Armor.
2. Massive Paw Strike - Knocks down an enemy unit, stunning it briefly.
3. Mend Wounds - Increases health regeneration rate and base hit points.

Kinda straight up passive skills. (as if I understood correctly, "no spells" means no active spells, right?)
