im gonna do things differently, because i just love the kitten picture, but the target sign can go in many directions i think. you can chose which one you want to edit, according to your preferances.

The second image is "funny" already without needing editing, the whole purpose of the orginal contest was that you had to make a crap image funny!

You also need to fix the links to the orginal contest; but I think you should relaunch it as something completely original if you must insist on doing so.

Having said that I'll probably have an entry in soon enough

At the height of its original run, the IEC produced some pretty good stuff.
I don't think it will ever live upto Cracked.com's Photoshop competition though

I for one think that the IEC might produce some more varied, actually funny (not that they've all been crap or anything) entries if it was left open and you simply edited an image of your own choice in line with a specific theme. Yes, the idea came from Cracked.com's Photoshop contests

Maybe I'll enter another if I can find the time to be bothered.
