I still get to say my opinion, if you want to, feel free to ignore it. In order to be a teacher you need to:

1) Know the language well, in other words, be able to talk (/write it) without many mistakes (and that means no txt tlk as well), so far it seems like English isn't you first language, and that you don't control it very well. Note that I'm NOT saying that I speak English well enough to write down a classroom, but from what I saw from your posts so far...

2) Know the sunbect well enough to teach it, I'm not sure you control Jass well enough yet. Practice.

By "convert it to JASS" do you mean you want us to actually make a JASS trigger or just use the Convert to Custom Text command?

I wish that you could be a teacher and teaches vjass around. I need a tutorial about vjass, other than the manual of vjass.

I'ld like to make a " Basics of algorithms " course...

If you have something like that and know what I mean^^

Like efficiency of algorithms , comparing the running time of different algorithms ( like insert sort, merge sort and quick sort ) on sufficiently big inputs and on small inputs

Then loop invariants, probabilistic analysis and randomized algorithms and more of that stuff

Create a trigger in JASS that will create a special effect on a random point in the playable map region and please remove leaks and use locals...

I'll get to work on this tomorrow but I can't help but feel this feels less like a class and more like just giving us work to do. I find I have learned nothing, yet have 2 assignments (one I have done). Will this change?

Well it's just starting... maybe in some more assigments you will learn something , and maybe later the will teach something to you ^^

The problem is when you don't know nothing... Then in the assigment 2 you will have troubles
