The shadowing on the bridge in the first image is all off. The angles are major leaps off of what they should be.

I'm quite shure that they are perfect, though this picture needs more contrast to look less dull.

Yea, the colors are flat, not really interesting.
The perspective is cool though.

I don't see anything wrong with the bridge. The picture however, is very unbalanced. The bright red-orange of the kayak conflicts majorly with the dullness of the background. If the kayak was left out of the picture or there was something bright in the sky (sunset?) then it would be much better. It is a nice perspective though.
