if u used this spell...u need to have caster system in order to implement this spell ingame

for caster system and using this spell, u can easily destroy the missile by using the code

JASS:
call CollisionMissile_Destroy(missile)

this destroys the missile.

what is caster system?

is it not possible to recreate elune's arrow with just GUI triggers?


so far, i have:

on starting effect of dummyAbility
create missileUnit(edited to zero collision) at point of casting unit
issue order for last created unit to move to point of casting unit with offset 1500 in facing angle of casting unit

but i can't get the missile to be destroyed on coming close to another unit and dealing damage to that unit.

i played with the 'event-unit within range' but i can't set the field for the unit in question, even though i have a unit variable ready. i don't know why.

nice spells! ;)

as a suggestion: preload your abilities to avoid lag on first call. Since you're already using CasterSystem, simply add

JASS:
PreloadAbility(MagicBoltId())
to the InitTrig function (and the other abilities appropriately)
