Arena Making a Hero Arena with all people interested on it!

Hi guys, i have think on a very good idea to make a map with all of us apporting on it, we don't even need to know each other MSNs or anything unless you find some friends on here.

This is how my idea is suposed to work, have you ever thinking making a template for a hero arena (PVP and training involved) and say, let's let all contribute on it! adding their own heros/systems/items/modes ? then the people who added their own features can post the map here and we will see if its good/balanced/etc and then replace the map in the first post? doing changelogs for every version, of course every change done by the user needs to be checked and fixed by the comunity! (people in this thread will determine if the map can be released or not and if somethings needs to be fixed we can coordinate in thsi thread to fix it!)

It would be an amazing idea, don't you think? we can all contribute to make a map with our own ideas! think about it!


Now the features it would have?

Training like in a RPG killing monsters!
-duel nickname system!
-em easy mode for more gold and exp!
-dualduel for teams of 2 heros fighting another 2!

and much more! please think about it!

21 people make a hero.
17 say that a hero is 'imba' and change it.
5 more people say it's too weak.
etc.

It'll just be chaos.

Dark Desert Destroyer of Death and Doom

Exposiv Attak
Deals 300/800/1500 damage to 1 target .

Big Hamma
Throw hamma at person, doing 200/400/600 dmg + 6 sec stun

galactic fart
farts at area with super powers, dealing 10000 dmg + 75% slow for 20 seconds

Ha, that's a pretty nice idea with balanced stats....

You should find selected and trustworthy people to be able to contribute instead of just random people.

that would happen and if it happens then we just ignore them, making a rule only for SERIUS heros and that its fixed.

I have another one that is on another computer which is, I think, a very stable template that just has the arena, and some spawns, if I can find it.

Do it the normal way..I have tried a lot of arenas that they said about new gameplay, creative or whatever and they just made me boring.
-The basis is:

+There are 2 bases for 2 teams
+There is creep
+A lot of Heroes
+Duel
+Fast-pace, action gameplay..(this is important, because its the ARENA)

+If you want people to join, you must prove you are really trying and that your project would not stop for any reason.
+Make a terrain with some basic triggers first...I can detail it and add some more Heroes here if interested.

ps: Here is my arena map i made in my begining days..it has 4 teams, if you like, we can use the terrain...

How about a hero arena without creeps for a change?
It's easy enough to make a trigger that awards exp for killing a hero,
and that way everyone could focus on killing eachother rather than grinding creeps to get levels

What..?who says a hero must depent on the creep to gain levels, its there just to make the game not too boring.

Uh, you don't get experience for killing heroes in melee? I haven't played any melee for long time now... lol.
