Most efficient S2I and I2S?

What would be the most efficient way to get a string to become an integer, and an integer to a string?

I was thinking to take a string like [LJASS]"hrieoanf"[/LJASS], get the ASCII value of each character then concentrate it together as a string and then finally turn it into an integer, but I figured JASS Help may have a better solution. Not to mention the reverse, taking the ASCII and getting a string may be a bit tricky.

I was thinking of using ASCII, but I wanted to know if there was a better way than going char by char.

you will have 4 chars limit conversion (since it will hit 32 bit limit) (8bit 8bit 8bit 8bit) ever if you ignore every unused char, ignore char case, you wont have more then 16 chars at once.
