you forget somethings...

add to condition >
JASS:
Damage_IsAttack()

the spell can (and probably will) be casted 2 times without anydelay... why?

because you detect when damage occurs but you don't use any condition to check what damage is...

also you damage with old damage function... which in Damage by J4Lyf just is considered as

Damage_IsAttack()
.

I suggest you to fix what BlackRose said and what i said.

also (again) to make this a bit different, you can make some changes...

just say me a thing... and if i want want to use the ability but i already learn it? what i do?...

Suggestion: make it active/deactive (don't need to change much [or need])

if you want, you can store the skill at a spellbook and disable it to don't show the ability and give the spellbook to the hero when he turns on the active ability and inverse when deactive

I working on it. Im so sorry i did this awful thing. I will fix instantly.
But atm, im playing SC2.

Seeing as your not gonna set the text tag angle to a configurable [if you are then ignore, remember the fade and duration if you make it a config], just set 0.03555 * Cos( 90. * bj_DEGTORAD ) to the value it calculates to. BJDebugMsg() it to find out. Same for Sin.
