I can't figure out what the mobo is for sure! It says "Replace with compaq spare SPS-BD, 1394 motherboard" on a sticker on the mobo. Then these numbers 153756-01, S9094. I've checked on the case, tried everest, system information, all they tell me is "compaq, compaq motherboard"! It doesn't even say what model the computer is on the case. It just says compaq presario.

Anyway I purchased a Rosewill RC-402 10/100 PCI LAN Card. It has a PCI V2.2, 32bit, 33mhz bus. I tried to install it and it wouldn't fit in the slot:banghead: Apparently this mobo requires a different bus type than V2.2 and I don't know what to get. Please help me.

The mobo pci slot looks like this:

Well that doesn't help at all. Is there nowhere on the case that says Compaq Q93i or something or the sort (random letter with random number(s)?)
