Thats i problem because i cant buy anything on the internet. >.> im not allowed to. Is there any other program that can risize animated pictures

GIMP
Never used it, but apparently it's a free alternative to photoshop.

God knows if it can do anything with animated images.

Hehe. We have photoshop already it must have come with the printer we bought but never installed the program. Oh well thx anyway

You probably got Photoshop Elements or something.

I have both photoshop and gimp but i used Gimp when i resized that image since i'm more familiar with that program. it took less than a minute to resize it.

GIMP is compatible with animated .GIF images, so yes, it works.
