The dark vectors don't seem to go well with a dark background. A light source may help since the light is quite strong on the face. But I guess its just personal preference.

Maybe this picture needs more of those.. flowery things, it looks a bit empty on the sides. -Also maybe play with lightning effects to remove some of the light on the sides, to make the emptyness less obvious.

I <3 it . You could make the things she has on her left shoulder on her right one too (those white transparent things) and it would look like she has wings.

Did you make the vector yourself or was it just a brush?
Anyway, I think you should put a gradient overlay on the vector.
I like it. It's simple and clean.
