[Section] Requests

I think that the graphics zone could use a subforum "requests". Very few people actually look at the stickied thread and when they do, they just go straight to the last page.

-Having a subforum would make the requests more easy to look through.

-It could be a place to request skins, banners, icons, and maybe models.

-Request threads could be moved here instead of telling the person to post in the request thread.

Well thats all the reasons I can think of at the moment. The first point is main reason why I think there should be a request section.

Already Exists? It's nearly empty, but that is the subforum your asking to be made.
