All good. Just thought I'd let you know.
Name: Cry of the Fallen
Type: AoE Buff
Description: The hero unleashes a piercing cry, calling upon the strength's of his fallen brothers. For each allied unit that has died around the hero, units surrounding the hero gain +x damage, +x armor, +x health, and +x mana.
Extra 1: You can make the health damage armor and mana based on the stats of the unit that has died or just make them base, I suppose the basing it off the units that died would probably be cooler, but also more complicated. Just seems like an interesting thought to me.
Extra 2: Probably an ultimate.

Description: The heros armor absorbs energy every second, but gains more energy every successful attack.
Extra: energy as in mana. A skill that you automaticially start with.

Description: Gives X% chance on an attack to destroy a random item in the opponent's inventory if the opponent has 6 items in the inventory.
% chance: X= 1%/3%/5%

Name: Vanish
Type: On/off
Targets: Self
Description: Becomes invisible at the cost of Xx% of his max hp, losing X% of current hp and mp per second. Attacking or casting spells DOES NOT break the invisibility. When hp or mp reaches 10% of max hp or mp, it is automatically turned off. The skill costs 50% of your max mp, avoiding people from suiciding too frequently.
X%:5/4/3
Xx%:50/45/40
Mana cost: 50% of max mp
Hp deduction: Xx% or max then X%/s of current till 10% of max
Mp deduction: X%/s of current till 10% of max
Explanation: For short if you do not understand, means if you turn it on, Xx% of your hp is gone, and you lose X% of your hp and mp per second till you have only 10% of your max left. So turning it on and off twice kills you.
Extra: Might be hard to trigger.



Edit: I made a really high cost because permanent invisibility while attacking is really imbalanced. Well, let's just change 50% of max to 505% of current.

Name: Lycanthropy
Type: Morphing, passive
Targets: Self
Description: The light of the moon shifts your character's blood, changing him or her into a wolf (read: at 18:00, shift into a wolf) with unique abilities and increased movement and attack speed. At daybreak (6:00) the character has no choice but to change back.
Extra 1: Useful with spells/items that change the time of day

Name: Ravage
Type: Point-and-click :D
Targets: Enemy ground unit
Description: The wolf digs his claws into a unit, interrupting channelling spells, dealing damage over time, and prevents healing for 3/5/7/10 seconds.
Extra 1: Could possibly lower movement speed. Up to you.

Name: Sunstrike
Type: DPS
Targets: Enemy ground or air unit
Description: The caster calls upon the light of the sun, dealing 10/20/30/40 damage per second for 5 seconds, silences the enemy, and causes them to miss on 40% of their attacks.
Extra 1: I like the idea. I'm boring. XD

Name: Leap for the Throat
Type: Spell Damage
Targets: Enemy ground unit
Description: The wolf leaps forwards, slamming into an enemy with huge force, stunning for 4 seconds and dealing 50 damage per second for 4 seconds. All damage the caster takes during the stun duration is transferred to the affected unit.
Extra 1: Probably an ulti.

Name: Spirit Bond
Type: Summon
Targets: Ground
Description: The caster summons the embodiment of his or her soul into physical form. The summoned unit has Heal, Spell Immunity, and has a permanent Spirit Link. If your soul should die, the caster will also die, and vice-versa. If the soul is attacked, then the caster suffers a mini-stun per attack, but the attacker loses HP for every hit dealt.
Extra 1: Too much Golden Compass is my problem. Probably better as a passive ability, rather then an actual spell.

[Spellpack]Firelord

Name: Ignition Bolt
Type: Arrow
Description: Releases a firebolt which has a tendency to pass through enemies. Upon contact with an enemy the Ignition Bolt will deal 100/200/300 damage and ignite all enemy units in a 250 AOE around itself. Has a 20/40/60% chance to pass through the enemy and continue moving.

Name: Ignition Blast
Type: Channeling, AOE
Description: Channels for 2 seconds. Then releases a beam towards the target location. When the beam reaches the target location, it explodes, dealing 100/200/300 damage and igniting all enemy units within 500 AOE of the location.

Name: Multiburn
Type: Passive (like bash)
Description: Whenever the firelord attacks an enemy with the ignite buff, the enemy takes 20/40/60 bonus damage.

The ignite buff basically damages the buffed unit by 10 per second for 5 seconds, and if the enemy dies while under the ignite buff, it will explode placing the ignite buff to all enemy units within 250 AOE of the unit.

Name: Reckless Charge
Type: Passive
Targets: Self
Description: As the Kodo Beast moves throughout the battlefield, he speeds up and gains movement for every 100 units of distance moved. Eventually, after reaching a maximum speed of 300, the Kodo Beast will be running forward at such an impressive speed he receives the "Charging" buff and becomes capable of tackling the first opponent he comes in contact with. Tackling an opponent will inmediatly stop the Kodo Beast, but knock the victim back 300 distance, stun him, and damage him. Note that the speed bonus and "Charge" buff reset themselves when the Kodo Beast stops moving for more than 2 seconds.
Damage: 90/105/120/135 damage
Stun Duration: 0.5/0.7/0.9/1.1 second
Speed Bonus: +4/5/6/7 for every 100 units of distance moved

Name: Flame Strike mark 2
Type: Active, AoE
Targets: Enemies, Allies, Ground, Random
Description: Throws nets that immobilize a random number of units in target area, for a random amount of time. Also initiates a Flame Strike in the target area, damaging all units.
Extra 1: Max time of net duration: 4 seconds, all levels. Damage from Flame Strike increase with levels.


Name: Power Surge
Type: Active, AoE, Ultimate
Targets: Enemies, Ground
Description: Sucks all enemy units towards target point while repeatedly casting forked lightning at them, any units that dies in the area explodes, dealing damage to nearby units.
Extra 1: Area of effect and number of forked lightning cast increase with levels.


Name: Shrink
Type: Active, Single Target
Targets: Enemies
Description: Hexes target unit, shrinking it to half it's size, also makes it take more damage and deal less damage.
Extra 1: Duration and values increase with levels.


Name: Plague
Type: Passive, Aura
Targets: Enemies
Description: Inflicts plague on all nearby enemy units. Units with plague takes damage randomly, damage dealt increase with time. Units with plague are also weakened and slowed. Plague transfer from units to nearby units.
Extra 1: The plague don't go away over time. If units with plague uses a potion the unit is cured from the plague.

Name: Chain Chain Lighting
Type: Active, Single Target, Chain
Targets: Enermies
Description: The user releases a slow moving orb of lighting that homes in on nearby enermies. Whenever it comes in contact with an enermy it releases a burst of lighting that bounces around. The damage and bounces for the lighting decrease for each unit hit by the main orb.
Extra 1: Simply For The Lulz.

Name: Inside-Outside Smackdown
Type: AoE [Normal]
Targets: DAMAGE: Enemy, Air, Ground - ARMOR: Friendly, Air, Ground, Notself.
Description: The Hero crush the ground under him with his weapon. The massive power of his hit, drags any nearby metalfragments from the earth and send the with the shockwave. The shockwave deals 60/75/90/105 damage to every enemy unit in 450 AoE, while the metalfragments attaches to nearby friendly units' armor and increases it by 2/3/4/5 for 15 seconds.
Extra 1: Armorbonuses stacke.
Extra 2: Cooldown 12 seconds.

Name: Metallic Skin
Type: Passive [Normal]
Targets: Enemy, Air, Ground.
Description: Whenever the Hero attacks his skin is stretched and hardened as if it was made of steel. Any incomming attack has 7%/12%/17%/22% chance to deal 70%/60%/50%/40% of its original damage to the attacked unit, and then bunch off his skin and deal the remain percentage to the attacker.
Extra 1: The metallic skin lasts only for 2.5 seconds after last attack, means that it is not active will being cased or attacked by untargetable units.

Name: Heart of Steel
Type: AoE-Passive [Ultimate]
Targets: Enemy, Air, Ground.
Description: Every time the Hero is a attacked and takes more than 5 damage, the damage is stored inside him in a pool. He charges the pain and keep taking damage untill the pool reaches 80+/65+/50+ damage. When the pool reaches its limit the pain is released and 50/65/80 damage is dealt to every unit in 620 range.
Extra 1: Damage pool decreases with 15 damage every level.
Extra 2: Damage released increases with 15 damage every level.

Name: Corrosive Breath
Type: Ground Target AoE Blast
Description: The hero emits a wave of toxic fumes towards the target point. This wave douses enemies with a toxic waste, slowing the unit and corroding it's armor. All units under the affect of this corrosive blast will undergo random deformations, haltering it's combat capabilities.
Extra: If you didn't get what I meant by deformations, I simply mean debuffs... Just reduced damage, maybe with some interesting art to make it appear as though it were deformed in some way, reverse bloodlust for the growth thing? I dunno... Just debuffs :p.

When one of the non-hero units dies the ability is cancelled (The sacrifice for the seal has already been made ).The target cannot take damage by any other sources during this ability.
Duration: 2 / 3 / 4
AoE: 400 / 500 / 600
Damage dealt of the 20%: 30% / 60% / 90%

Name:Massacre
Type: Unit target, AOE
Description:The tiger jumps from a far distance at the target and stuns it. When stunned the tiger slits the person to pieces and deals heavy damage. If the target dies the tiger starts eating it's reaminings and gain health over time. If there are other target next to the primary target, then they will get feared and run away in terror.
Extra When the target slits the target apart make blood splatter effects come and the target lay down on the ground (sorry forgot to mention that, when the tiger jumps on it target it plays it's death animation and is stunned). Also make the tiger play it's "eat" animation"(if it has one), attack animation and all kinda of animations that would fit.

Name: Arcane Absorbtion
Type: Passive

Description: Upon talking damage from a spell, the Arcanist can open his spirit and leech mana out of the incoming spell. Not only does this severely reduce the hostile spells power, but it also refills the Arcanists mana pool. The ability verges a lot from ones mind however, forcing the Arcanist to take a short break before using the technique again.
Interval Time: 12/10/8/6 seconds
Damage Blocked: 15/20/25/30% spell damage
Mana Leeched: 15/20/25/30% of the spells manacost

[Spellpack] Vindictive Wraith

Name: Wraith's Vengeance
Type: Passive
Targets: Self
Description: The Vindictive Wraith summons images of herself when attacked. The images deal 35% damage and they recieve 200% damage. Images are summoned at the position of the attacking unit and are ordered to attack the attacking unit. Lasts 15 seconds. Maximum of 4 images.

Name: Nether Link
Type: Passive
Targets: Self
Description: Upon taking damage, the Vindictive Wraith distributes the damage taken equally among her images. A certain percentage of damage is blocked. Blocked damage is ignored in the distributed damage. Images distribute damage ignoring their extra damage taken factor.

Name: Direct Vengeance
Type: Active
Targets: Air, Enemy, Ground, Neutral, Organic
Description: The Vindictive Wraith directs all its vengeance towards an enemy. For every damage taken by it or it's images, the target receives the same amount of damage. Directed damage cannot kill the target.
Duration: 10 seconds

Name: Vorpal Winds
Type: Active

Description: Summons devastating winds, and sends them out towards a target point, destroying all in its path. At the end of the rampage, the wind explodes out into thing, sharp slices of wind which attack nearby enemies.

Description: The Hero draws on arcane energy from the beyond. Every nearby enemy is struct with a hellish virus in which 150 damage is drawn for every 2 seconds. All nearby allies are struck with a pact in which if they die, extra damage is given to the caster, +50 damage
Level 2: Adds 50 for both.
Extra 3: Maxes at 300 damage, and +200 damage.

Name: Frozen Skull
Type: Active
Targets: Does not effect Heroes, Structures, Ancients, Allies, Self, Spell Immune and Mechanical Units
Description: The caster takes out his frozen skull to wreak havoc among mortals. Disables movement of the caster and summons an invulnerable, floating, skull. The caster can still be damaged, but he cannot fight back. As soon as this spell is cast the caster controls the skull with arrow keys. Any unit the skull touches he freezes, becoming invulnerable, until the skull returns to the caster, and drains some of it's health, the more units he touches and the more health he drains, the bigger the skull gets. The skull can always click an "ability" which takes it back to the caster, this ability will automatically go off after X seconds. When the skull returns to the caster, the caster is healed for however much life the skull drained, and all the frozen units ice is shattered, making the frozen units take X more damage. If the caster is killed while the skull is outside of him, and the skull has no life drained, then the skull simply dies, causing a small AoE damage. If, however, the caster dies and the skull has drained ANY health it will resurrect the caster with whatever health the skull had drained and no mana, but kills all frozen units.

Name: Ocularis Infernum

Description: Channels all the dark energy of the hero, tearing open a part of Hell to the Human World therefore releasing the demons of Hell. If the channeling reaches a certain duration, stop channeling and spawn Satan, the Demon Lord, the affected part will close slowly. When a unit is in the center of the affected part, he will be trapped inside the Ocularis Infernum, the Eye of Hell, and slowly feel the pain of death. All units inside the affected area cannot move, attack or cast spells. Also while channeling, the caster is trading his soul for the opening of Hell. When the caster channeles for a certain duration, Satan will be spawned but Satan recieves damage per second.

Name: Arcane Arsenal

Description: Summons an arcanic arsenal for the magician, and randomly draws out a weapon to use, according to the elements of Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. An orb of that element develops itself around the caster and circles him. If the orb hits a target, the orb explodes, releasing magical damage to the target.
Fire: 70/120/170 Damage, 20/40/60 DoT
Water: 40/80/120 Damage, 20/30/40% Slow
Earth: 55/110/165 Damage, 1/1.5/2 Second Stun
Air: 55/110/165 Damage, 20/30/40% Miss

Name: Devoid of Flame

Description: Me, icey to the veins, without a trace of fire in me... perhaps the others should join me? Bursts out an explosion of glacial frost in an area around the caster, chilling enemies hit to the core. Targets are frozen in their own body for a duration, and acquire Frostbite temporarily. Units lose damage and armor, and take damage per second.
Area: 175/250/325
Ice Duration: 1/2/3 Seconds
Damage Reduction: 15/20/25%
Armor Reduction: 2/3/4
Damage Per Second: 10/15/20
Frostbite Duration: 15 Seconds

I post some ideas from my maps, don't know if anyone is said.

Name: Assasins Knifes
Type: Passive
Targets: Enemy
Description: Every time you are attacked there is a chance that you release deadly knifes.

Name: Holy Strike
Type: Active (no target)
Targets: Enemy, Allies
Description: Calls down the angels from the sky to aid you. Every 0.4 second an angel purifies random area within 400 of caster, dealing damage to enemies and healing allies.
Extra 1: Use the ResurrectCaster special and the holybolttarget effect.

Name: Storm Hammer
Type: Point Target
Targets: Enemies
Description: Throw a great war hammer at the targeted location. Every unit it comes in contact with is damaged. When the hammer reaches the final target it will stun all enemy units in an area of 200.
Extra 1: You can add a pushback when unit is hit or/and instead of the bash in the end.

Name: Cloak
Type: AoE
Targets: Allies
Description: Cloaks all units inside the targeted area. If units leave the area they will become visible again. If caster dies the cloak is interrupted.
Extra 1: This is a good ability if you are making a map which has buildings.
Extra 2: Caster won't be affected by any cloak.
