That's what I'm trying to do next. I just can't figure out two things: How to draw text(drawing lines to form letters is going to become too tedious) and how to register clicks and button pressing.
A small simulation. Blue circles are blobs, green circles are food. Eat food or die. The blobs turn randomly but walk towards food if they find it. If two blobs meet, there's a chance they'll reproduce. Picture two is a failure from my side where they reproduced and then reproduced with their child and then with the grandchild etc.
Picture 4 is the current version which is still running. 4 blobs right now but it varies from 3 to 12. They've recently had their 1300000 birthday(in loops) Although I don't know if there's someone from the original batch.
Going to add stuff like... If a blob finds food but he isn't hungry, he'll tell nearby blobs so someone else can go eat it. So there's some communication.
I'm still having problems with that faster movement on faster period xD... I have awesome binary searches for the best precision on collisions. Isn't that beautiful?!
I'm on a page about incorrect corrections, and spent the better part of like two hours trying to get someone to understand that -5^2 = -25, not 25, and then that post had comments get reposted because that group is self sustaining, and that person was in turn trying to explain what I just explained to them. And I'm taking that as a victory
