Nice system!

But found a few bugs.
Use your test map and hit click on the first load btn the whole time, so the soldier loads the workers, but always releases them instantly.
Then a few different bugs will occur, you'll see.

Actually, I did that too, but assumed they are WC3 bugs. I noticed the system itself doesn't seem to choke too badly, but the food usage screws up! Any suggested fixes?

Right, these are mostly Wc3 Bugs, but as you mentioned the food bug is weird and not acceptable. Furthermore I once had a bug that after a bit playing around the soldier didn't want to load the workers anymore, not until I restarted the game.

I just wanted to note that I pulled this from graveyard as I use this system actively in my maps, it's high on my intentions to update, and I think it's contents are valuable - it's just not ready to be approved yet as it experiences some rare WC3 bugs I have yet to develop work-arounds for.
