System Custom Day and Night System

Event wont fire if its equal to 18.00 . But is does fire when its 6.00 in my map. So i used 17.99 and 6.01. I encountered this problem too.

Ofc it's simply an Event wrapper for these day/night events, but his system seems to do the same (did NOT read it entirely!).
