Fast question...

Hey..
I have a fast question about a problem im having: When i try to make a local special effect the editor says "Expected a code statement".

Here is what i have written (in custom scripts)

local effect udg_TempEffect

I cant make local effects or?

There is no need to close a thread, unless it "breaks" any rules.

You don't need "udg_" in front of it. 'udg' means User Defined Global. It's only needed for variables created with the variable menu thing.

If you have a global and a local with the same name, the local overrides the globals, I believe. So you can use locals with the GUI by declaring them with a custom script call.
