Tutorial for Importing Custom Loading Screens

Could you please just make this into a high quality loading screen. I tried using the tutorial but i'm not that good in splitting it into 4 parts.

You should make something like this (I was trying to, but it looked kinda crappy)
I dont know if I would use it, but its a basic image that any map could use. If you make a high quality one, ill give you rep (and others probably will)

If you want a Custom loading bar color, you'd need to import one yourself, it doesn't go with a loading screen, and the texts are easy ^_^.

Any background image? Unless you want it empty, lol. I have no idea what your ORPG is like, so I can't think of a nice background image, any help would be appreciated.

You cannot make Animated Loading Screens... .GIF files are not supported, only .TGA files work.

Just that? No text or anything? It'll have a VERY VERY low quality if you enlarge that, unless you wanted your loading screen checkered, that's too tiny.
