I think I'd have to go with warden... Almost un-killable and has high high high damage and speed for low mana costs! I would be powerful enough to follow through with my dastardly deeds. What dastardly deeds? Ohh I dunno...

Evasion - No melee can touch me
Immolation - XD anything weak dies
Demon Form - Unkillable XD

with some simple abilities like critical strike 99% for 124290183587129 more damage and a chance that 6785 skeletons raise from the dieing unit. maybe war stomp with 9999 that will kill all units on map but thats it...no big deal

Critical Strike is greatly overestimated.
I'd go with Permanent Immolation and some basic 99999 damage per second... and, of course, a range restricted to some 15000 at most.

Being able to cast End World on the entire map would just be an added bonus.
Just for fun really.
