I think I need a new avatar. Even if you made a santa hat on all of the mice, you would still not be able to see that it's a santa hat and not just some blood.

I tuned mine with the Gimp, Azlier? made his interpretation of my avatar with MS Paint, which I like and use currently. I am especially proud of that goofy snow which I made. MS Pain can be used to add Santa Hat and also give pretty hilarious results.
All kids start gimping, it is safe and easy, call your friends to gimp together.

You do realise that, if taken in the wrong context, this could have some pretty serious repurcussions

I use GIMP. I used it to do my avatar's hat. But the current version has some annoying problematic glitches (at least mine does).

EDIT 3: Base image is missing hat and each new layer hides previous layer hat parts with its awful messy pixels. Not to mention it goes over file size limit. I give up, Jimpy and Whitesock help! Still it passes on Christmas spirit
