I think a Hero Swap system is useful to many people. I searched many places but could not find out any systems relating about it. Could you please make us one?

This needs defining. What is a "Hero Swap system"? How should it work? What is its purpose?

Well, have you ever played DotA. If you randomize a hero but you do not like it, then you can type -swap x (x is an integer determine the allied player slot) to ask him for a swap, then a message displayed to that player, asking if he accept or not, if he accepts, he then cap type -swap y (y is my id) to swap our Heroes.

Of course we just could use this command in about z first seconds, and items also changed onwer.

a starter (-swap, esc, etc)
a target (-swap 1, esc [then show a list which all players/heroes to you swap], etc)
a confirmation from target (-ok, esc [then show a list and a ok button with the name of the starter], etc)
