This is just a tiny survey, poll, to help tutorial writers to bring you what you want - more knowledge!

So, how can you help?

Just vote on the poll for the generic theme and leave a reply with a more detailed request!

That's it.

I voted sound, because from memory I haven't seen a sound tutorial here.

Although I think there need to be more vJass and Modelling skinning tutorials here.

I wish we could vote two things, We need both skinning and modeling Tutorial's.

I would rather, myself, skinning tutorials, becuas modeling is plain hard no matter how many tutorials there is.

A skinning tutorial on how to shade properly and make relistic human skin, muscle, and faces.

However, I would like to learn jass, too.

I voted for skin.
Although I'd like JASS, Modelling, and sound as well.

Modelling

While not being vital, modelling is quite important. The ability to stretch past the boundaries of the WE models is both fun and rewarding.

For instance, we need description of our tools. I for one would like to see a tutorial on Magos' model editor explaining translation, rotation & scaling, and more detail about ribbons and how they can be made in the model editor.

how about ubersplats...I've worked with WE for years and still dont know what they are :/

they are images displayed for some kinda effect

An ubersplat is a tool used to add immediate textures to a target point without having to use dummy abilities. Also, it can be used to add rendering effects to a certain point (i.e magnify, wave, deform, etc.) Oh and I've also posted the complete list of GUI ubersplat triggers for WE:
p.s. frankie is on another website

Id like to have some modelling tutorials...
For an easy start, I would like a tutorial about modelling buildings, which I think is easier for you dont need so much animations than for a unit's modell ...

Indeed, there is a lock of modeling tutorials.

Especially of those ones, which teach modeling from scratch.
