Interesting but I'm having trouble believing a lot of it. For example the average gamer age, and that Wii players are considered gamers.

I'm guessing this considers someone who plays Brain Training on their DS once a week, as a gamer.

Quite interesting though. Even the believable ones.

Some interesting statistics, even if they are really skewed:

• Not including PC Gamers as gamers
• Including people who play "Wii Sports" as gamers

I was surprised to see the failure rate comparison on the consoles, though.

While interesting, I have never really met anyone the age of 50+ playing like, css. And they didn't count PC gamers, what??

I think PC gamers are counted except for the Console Wars..

Wii Sports players are still gamers.. My first game was tetris on a brick game and I consider myself as a gamer at that time..

Well Videogames became famous and very popular in the 80s with Arcades, Pac Man is the most played game of all time, most old people played acades, lets say he was 25 years old.

2010 = 55 Years Old

I grew up in the 90s where games where still popular, I even watched morning shows with mario and zelda.
