a few issues to point out
- uses forceuikey due to problems with begin casting with summoning spell
- "Must target Peon" in gameplay interface is used achieve the error when targeting a unit that is not the vampire–– it will clash if you have any orc burrows in function in your map
- 'can only be used during night––seems more logical..reply if its actually 'day'
- enable SimError if you have newgen, otherwise paste functions in map header
- sadly no coffin model :p

well infacts i find it pretty rude to bump a request thread since he/she (whatever) is maknig your spell on his free time

this, what i know cannot be done in GUI if your not willing to offer up your orb effect spot on that hero. since there is no "GUI friendly" way to detect if the damage is done by spells or normal attacks without using an orb effect aka buff placer.

Is it possible to have a skill that got charges with cooldown just like an item except that it recharges itself?

Skill that recharges itself is possible. Do you want it exactly same as HoN's Rocket Barrage?

based on a target spell that gives a buff and check when he doesn't have the buff anymore then pick every unit within 300range and impale them for air effect? :p

The Sandman ruches( runs fast.. ) towards his target, and draining mana each second. When comes impact to an enemy, dealing damage and also silences them. If he has gotten no mana, the spell will not be possible to cast.

Level 1: Drains 50 mana per second. Deals 75 damage on impact. Silenced for 0,7 seconds.
Level 2: Drains 100 mana per second. Deals 150 damage on impact. Silenced for 1,4 seconds.
Level 3: Drains 150 mana per second. Deals 300 damage on impact. Silenced for 2,8 seconds.

Notes: He will run about 200 Warcraft Meters each second. No collision. Also changes color of his body, and each move he has an sandy model attached to his "origin".
Change what you want. If this is too complicated, PM about it and tell whats hard. I maybe will change, then.

erm those who didnt follow the format and have been ignored, can u put them out of the list in page 1 so i would be clearer about which u are not doing and put them in queue form?

oO how can a spell be both MUI and MPI? :eek:
 
If two units can use spells without causing problems, then, consequently, two players can use spells without causing problems, ie, both are MUI and MPI

- uses 1 global dummy system
- sim error to simulate error..requires newgen for global declaration-reply if you dont have
- i didnt quite get '200ms' >> changed it to 460ms > it is configurable
- changes color? made transparency instead
- read system 'dummy' by jesus4lyf on how to implement (in map)-again requires newgen

    I just don't think Trump actually understands how the government works. I'm not going to pretend like I can understand the entirety of government but in my industry he kind of caused massive fucking issues. Tarriffs and the international counters had a pretty significant impact on what I do, it was actually kind of interesting to see though. I live in Idaho so I'm not really concerned with it, it'll be R pretty much the entire way down. We do have ranked choice on our ballot this year though and I DO really care about that. But if we are going to have a federal government we kind of need income tax. They could abolish it and tax states I guess, but then states are just going to raise income taxes. It's not really viable without a very significant and holistic overhaul of how the federal government works, and that isn't something I would expect Trump to do.

    Replacing income tax with a wealth tax would be amazing imho, but I can't even imagine that this would happend

    Wealth tax would be a disaster. Imagine having to liquidate retirement accounts because you have a tax bill just for unrealized gains. Or your house goes up in price and you have to sell it to pay the tax bill.

    Potential problem for a wealth tax for the US would be the ultra rich just offshoring assets in another country without a wealth tax. Those that would eat the wealth tax on, say, stocks, would be the middle class that puts money slowly into the market via the likes of funds.
